PokeChallenge: Random

Hat tip to graphic-jay for today's random Pokemon: Vaporeon  (random Staryu guest appearance)

As well as to LostFeathers for the help on the background.

I have never worked so hard on a digital pic. Or at least the background. Holy shit. I'm so done.

I was actually going to make this look less sketchy, but PhotoShop crashed on me and to avoid doing almost everything over again, I had to save what I had on one layer with a screencap, and sadly part of the background was on it (aka: I was lazy).
